It's kind of like an online manual but with EVERYTHING in it, FAQs, downloads, instructions, information, the lot.
It has absolutely everything you need to know there about this extremely useful and versatile processor. Used in many industrial applications such as cameras, TVs and audio equipment. Could easily be used to control a home made robot as they are used in factories to control industrial robots. All you need to do is visit the above website, download the program to 'talk' to it, plug it in to your computer (you'll need a serial cable) and transfer your code to the microcontroller. It can take over 200 lines of code (I think, its over 180 lines anyway) and I'd imagine will be pretty easy to use, just like any other microcontroller.
This is a very fast microcontroller with very efficient code execution, ideal for high end applications where fast response time, reliability and accuracy are required. Power supply is one 9V battery, so can be used as a standalone device (robot controller, hand held device?), basically the only limit is your own imagination.
