9032 MONOLEC Synthetic Air Compressor Oil
9032 is a pure 100% synthetic oils, compounded with anti-wear additives as well as other additives to provide reduced wear, low deposit forming tendency, and outstanding oxidation and water resistance. It contains MONOLEC®, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive. To realize the full benefits of LE’s MONOLEC® Synthetic Air Compressor Oils, certain routine procedures are recommended when changing over a compressor from another type of lubricant. These procedures are required because of the excellent cleaning action which tends to dissolve, loosen and remove any existing deposits. Basically all compressor and downstream parts which will be in contact with these superior oils should be as clean as practical before the changeover. Detailed changeover procedures are available upon request.
LE's synthetic air compressor oils deliver longer effective oil life versus petroleum as a result of oxidation resistance. The completely synthetic formulations have low volatility to reduce oil consumption and carry-over into the air system, By extending equipment life and reliability, capital expenditures and operating budgets will be reduced. With the triple protection of the oil's tough film strength, MONOLEC® uses special anti-wear additives. These eliminate carbon deposits because synthetic oils will not oxidize like petroleum oils. These oils contain no petroleum to form hard carbon deposits which can impede heat transfer and possibly cause receiver explosions. With far less carbon deposits, sludge and almost no varnish formulation the entire system stays clean, runs cooler and the oil and filter life are greatly extended. A foam inhibitor helps lower operating temperatures and insures positive, uniform power flow in hydraulic systems. They are also formulated for outstanding moisture resistance.
LE’s MONOLEC® Synthetic Air Compressor Oils CANNOT be used as fire-resistant fluids. They are used in rotary air compressors and vacuum pumps and can be used as circulating oil, hydraulic oil and in many low and high temperature applications. They can also be used in low and high temperature fluid power drives. Typical applications include reciprocating and rotary air compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, low and high temperature gear applications, fluid power drives, and oil lubricated bearing applications.
